If I’m not paneled with your insurance, on your request, I would be happy to provide you a monthly superbill to submit for reimbursement.

You are responsible for understanding the ins and outs of your insurance plan.

My fees are reviewed annually and may increase. Payments are due at the time of service.

What if I need to Cancel my session?

Your session time is reserved for you. Please kindly give me as much advance notice as possible to reschedule appointments. I ask clients to commit to not more than 3 cancellations, per year beginning the date of your first session. You may cancel at any time and you will not be charged for 3 cancellations each year (includes no shows, because, hey, things happen.) After 3 cancellations with or without notice, if you cancel an appointment at any time you will be billed at my full session rate. If appointment openings are available, you may reschedule within the same week and you will not be charged. Please feel free to ask for clarification.

Are sessions Confidential?

I understand that health information about you and your health care is personal. My goal is to protect your health information. Please see my notice of privacy practices and telehealth consent forms for the exceptions and risks to your confidentiality.

How Often will we meet?

Our frequency is up to us. At our first session, we will have a conversation about the acuity of your distress and your preference for frequency as well as my recommendation. Therapy works best if you have a consistent meeting schedule, but we can adjust our frequency up or down as needed over time. Usually it will be no more than once per week and no less than once per month.
